Shipping Policy for 3DXWorld
Thank you for shopping with 3DXWorld ! We are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders for physical products.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow for an estimated delivery time.
- Estimated Delivery Time (ETA): 3 to 10 working days
Please note that this delivery timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. The total time to receive your order is the processing time + shipping time.
Example: If you place an order on Monday, it may take until Wednesday to process. Once shipped, it could then take an additional 3 to 10 working days to arrive.
Shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use a variety of reliable carriers to ensure the best possible service for your location.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@3dxworld.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. 3DXWorld is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at the customer's expense.
Lost or Damaged Items
3DXWorld is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you need assistance or have issues with the carrier, please contact us, and we will do our best to help.
Important Note on Digital Products
This shipping policy applies only to physical products sold by 3DXWorld.
For digital products (e.g., STL files, 3D models for download), delivery is instant via a download link provided in your order confirmation email. No shipping is required for digital files.
